The feature of the group is that four singers create the heaven’s harmony through a cappella, without accompanying instrument. Tamid also writes its own songs that well represent their style. Hwa Sheng Chorus Chinese choir in Sydney Hwa Seng Chorus Chinese Choir Sydney World Peace Arts Festival 2012 Chatswood Concourse Concert Hall Conductor: Karl YangPianist: Vivian Chen The Australian Hwa Sheng Chorus was founded in 1976. It was the first established Chinese choir in Sydney. They are a mixed four-part choir; they sing traditional Chinese folk songs, artistic styled songs and strict religious songs as a selection list. One reason for the establishment of this choir is to cultivate overseas Chinese sentiment and promote the Chinese culture, in order to maintain “cultural heritage”. In recent years, they have also sung some catchy popular pop songs with graceful moods, which captures the audience and shows some excellent concert effects. Karl Yang is the director of the Chorus Association of China, the member of the Australian National Choral Association , and the director of the Australia Chinese Musicians Association.

Sydney SUNGKYUL Choir 지휘자: 진정철 반주자: 이정라 성결합창단은 고준학 목사님이 담임하고 있는 시드니 성결교회에 속한 합창단이며 지휘에는 진정철, 반주에는이정라입니다.

SHINE Chorus Shine Chorus Conductor: Jung Hye Kim 김정혜 Piano: Miseon Yoo 유미선. 샤인 코러스는 찬양을 통해 하나님의 사랑을 나누기 위해 2003년에 창단된 혼성기독합창단으로, 시드니 지역 20여 교회에서 모인 단원으로 구성되어 있습니다.샤인 코러스는 2009 & 2010년에는 세계 3대 오라토리오 중 하나인 멘델스존의 엘리야를 연주했고, 2011년에는 역시 멘델스존의 오라토리오인 사도 바울 1부를 연주했으며, 해마다 좋은 합창 작품들을 발표해 오고 있는 합창단 입니다. 지휘에는 김정혜 피아노 반주엔 유미선입니다. SHINE Chorus Shine Chorus, founded in 2003, is a mixed Christian choir comprised of members with Korean background from 20 different churches across Sydney. Serving the community by sharing the words of God and His love through praises is the aim of Shine Chorus. Shine Chorus performed Elijah by Mendelssohn, one of the world’s three greatest oratorios, in 2009 & 2010, and Part I of another Mendelssohn oratorio, St. Paul in 2011.

Sydney ONNURI Choir – Conductor : Joseph Cho (조요셉) – Accompanist : Da Eun Kim (김다은) 온누리합창단은 이기훈 목사님이 담임하고 계신 시드니 온누리 교회에 속한 합창단이며 지휘에는 조요셉 성가사와 피아노 반주는 김다은 그리고 온누리 챔버앙상블이 함께 합니다.

샬롬 여성 중창단-뉴질랜드 합창단 SALOM Women’s Choir Leader : Jang Young Hae Accompanist : Kim Bong Mi 1st Sop.: Bong Ok Han, Shin Kyoung Wha, Jang Young Hae 2nd Sop.: Eun Jung Kim, Jung Eun Lee, Sang Yoon Lee Alto : Lee Mi Kyeong, Youn Mee Sook, Cho Won Hee Shalom Women’s Choir는 뉴질랜드에 거주하며 음악을 사랑하는 여성 신앙인들이 모여 찬양사역을 통해 복음을 전하고 소외된 이웃들을 위로하자는 사명감을 갖고 1996년에 창단되어 지금까지 14년째 활동하고 있다. 샬롬은 히브리어로 “평화, 평강”이라는 뜻이다. 또한 2006년에는 동역자 관계에 있는 ‘익투스’남성 중창단과 함께 창단 10 주년을 기념하여 CD를 제작. 보급 한 바 있다.  샬롬중창단은 그 동안 양로원, 교도소, 병원, 장애자 단체, 교회 및 키위 커뮤니티 등 각종 모임이나 행사에 연간 20여 차례 방문 또는 초청 되어 봉사 및 연주활동을 펼쳐 오고 있으며 뉴질랜드 전 지역을 순회하며 찬양사역을 감당하고 있다. 또한 매년 년 말에 즈음하여 정기 공연을 개최하고 있으며, 특별히 2003년에는 미국에 소재한 밀알선교합창단 초청으로 뉴욕 카네기홀에서 공연한바 있다. Shalom’s performances have also reached audiences overseas, including one at the Carnegie Hall of New York in 2003. Shalom Women’s Choir was started in 1996 by a group of Christian women from Korea with a heart to reach out to the old, the sick and other underprivileged people with music and gospel. Their name “Shalom” meaning peace in Hebrew, speaks for the love and peace they hope to bring to the world around them through their music.

KOZY 합창단 KOZY Choir / KOZY Orchestra Kozy Choir Conductor : Chang Hwan Kim, Kozy Sympony Orchestra Conductor : Jemma Kim Kozy Choir Accompanist : Jung Hee Lee 코지 심포니 오케스트라와 콰이어는 지난 2010년 4월에 최초로 한인들로만 구성된 음악을 사랑하는 사람들의 단체입니다. 2009년 6월 챔버 오케스트라로 시작해 단원을 늘려 심포니 오케스트라로 재구성 되었으며 현재 오케스트라는 30명, 합창단원은 약 30명입니다. 코지합창단은 합창에 열정을 가진 분들이 매주 목요일에 모여 한국가곡, 한국민요, 종교곡 등 다양한 곡들을 준비하고 있습니다. 참고로 코지(KOZY)라는 말은 호주에서 많이 쓰이는 비공식언어로, 코리아 <Korea> 와 오지<Ozy>의 합성어이며, ‘호주에 사는 한국인’이라는 뜻을 가지고 있습니다. 코지 챔버오케스트라 지휘는 김젬마 , 코지 합창단 지휘는 바리톤 김창환, 그리고 코지합창단 반주자는 이정희입니다. 오늘은 특별히 코지 오케스트라 지휘자 김젬마선생님께서 반주를 해 주십니다.   KOZY Symphony Orchestra and Choir, last April 2010 for the first time composed entirely of Koreans association of people who love music June 2009 starting with a chamber orchestra section was reconfigured to increase the symphony orchestra.
